Bryan Stewart is a visual artist from Virginia Beach, Virginia, based between New York and Venice Beach, California. He studied Art, Education, and Zoology at Santa Monica College and the Universities of California at Santa Barbara and Santa Cruz.

His work focuses on abstract impressionistic portrait paintings and mixed media pieces. They are inspired by empathy and reality-television – the fusion of televised images, photography, and traditional oil painting, as well as the exploration and synthesis of conventional and innovative materials and methods to create new forms of fine art.
